I've been waking up a 6 am am to work out. I usually run and then go to my little local gym. Its been fun and meditational, though chilly. One thing that I've noticed, and this happens consistantly, when running I'm constantly composing in my head(whether writing or images) and if I dont instantly write down my ideas I seem to forget them. Like you forget dreams when you wake up. But even if I forget them its only till the next time that I run. They pick up where they left off and continue. I've started using the voice recorder on my phone to take notes to myself. It seems to be working. I wonder if there's a study about endorphin levels and creativity...

...or maybe my mind is so delirious from exertion that my "self" is quiet enough to hear whats being whispered in my ear...

Here's a recently done piece called "The Enochian"...

That's a very interesting idea sir, I'll give it a shot.

That's an amazing piece sir, love the character and its god-like features, very captivating.

Cheers!

Incredible work man!

For the running and memory thing you might want to check out this book. I think it might explain why it picks up where you left off when you run.

Brains are awesome.

Take care!
